Share Your Story With Ilé Ìmọ́lẹ̀ Publishing

At Ilé Ìmọ́lẹ̀ Publishing, we believe every story is a light; guiding, teaching, and inspiring across cultures and generations. We welcome submissions from authors who share our passion for authentic storytelling, cultural richness, and universal themes.


What We’re Looking For

We are currently accepting submissions in the following categories:

  • Literary Fiction – Strong narratives with depth, character-driven storytelling, and meaningful themes.
  • Cultural Narratives – Works that celebrate heritage, history, and lived experiences while carrying lessons for a broad audience.
  • Children’s Literature – Engaging, imaginative, and meaningful stories that celebrate curiosity, identity, and diversity. This includes:

   

    • Picture Books: Typically 500–1,000 words.
    • Early Readers / Chapter Books: Usually 1,500–5,000 words.
    • Children’s Cultural Series (e.g., Learn With Kúnmi): Often under 1,000 words, with strong visual and interactive appeal.

 

General Guidelines

    • Submissions should be in Word or PDF format, using a clear, legible font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced).
    • Include a cover letter introducing yourself, your work, and why it aligns with Ilé Ìmọ́lẹ̀ Publishing’s vision.
    • Provide a brief synopsis (max 500 words) outlining the story, themes, and target audience.
      We accept simultaneous submissions, but please notify us if your manuscript is accepted elsewhere.
